OVERVIEW

Haverhill Travel Basketball is an inclusive program for boys and girls focused on developing Haverhill youth basketball players in grades 4 through 8 in preparation for competing at the High School level.  Haverhill Travel Basketball is a competitive league in which all players must try out and be selected to play on a team at their grade level.  Players will be evaluated in a tryout setting, then placed on a skill appropriate team.

Saturday September 13th 2025 
11:00am: 8th Boys
12:15pm: 7th Boys
1:30pm: 6th Boys
2:45pm: 4th & 5th Boys
4:00pm: 6th, 7th & 8th Girls
5:15pm: 4th & 5th Girls

Sunday September 21st 2025
1:00pm: 4th & 5th Girls
2:15pm: 6th, 7th & 8th Girls
3:30pm: 4th & 5th Boys
4:45pm: 6th Boys
6:00pm: 7th Boys
7:15pm: 8th Boys



All players MUST attend at least 1 tryout.

 Strongly recommended: Players in grades 6–8 should attend both tryouts if possible.

Possible Additional Tryouts

If needed (mainly for higher grades), callbacks will be held:

 Important Dates & Deadlines

• Team Placement Announced: October 5

• Registration & Payment Deadline: October 15 ($100 late fee if missed; uniform may not arrive in time)
  
  

 Fees & Payment Plan

• $150 deposit due at sign-up (covers uniform)

• Remaining balance may be split into:

  • 1st Payment: $150 due at sign-up

  • 2nd Payment: Due December 1

  • 3rd Payment: Due January 15

• Practices Begin: Week of November 3

• Thanksgiving Tournament: November 28–30

• First League Games: December 6–7 weekend

• Regular Season Ends: March 1

• Playoffs/Championship: March 2–8

• Practices End: Week of March 2

• End-of-Year Banquet: TBD (Week of March 9 or March 16)
